Our battery can be used well below 0°C (can be normally discharged), but we don’t suggest charging the battery below 0°C
It is like most kinds of the battery in the market now:
Operating Temperature: Charge: 0°C--50°C; Discharge: -20°C--60°C.
Currently our battery can be charged at low temperature, but it is charged with a very small charging current. And we’ve used auto motive grade battery cells which have superior quality. Even if charging in low temperature environment for emergency usage, it will not damage the battery.
We're planning to sell batteries with self-heating functions which allows it to be charged in freezing temps in a few months, and you could keep an eye on our store if you're interested.
Nothing special need to be done before connecting them, and pls make sure you've prepared everything you need to connect them.
As long as the DC charging voltage of charger can reach 28.4V~29.2V,and charging current less than 100A, it could be used to charge our 24V 100Ah battery.
We’re now providing a dedicated LiFePO4 29.2V 20A battery charger which perfectly suits our 24V 100Ah battery and could fully charge the battery in 5hrs.

29.2V 20A Charger: https://amperetime.com/products/ampere-time-29-2v-20a-lifepo4-iron-phosphate-batteries-charger
Our 24V 100Ah battery supports up to 2 identical batteries for up to 48V (51.2V) in series connection.
We recommend that if you use 4 12V batteries in series, you will get a 48V100Ah battery system., this way you will have more options and you could also assemble as other systems as you want.
Another point is that the 4*12V100Ah price will be more cost-effective.instead of 1*48Ah.
You could charge the batteries together after they have been connected as a battery system. And we remind you to follow the steps to balance the battery voltage before connecting them.
We currently don't provide case for the battery, and you could puechase on based on your need.
Our 24V100Ah battery low voltage cut off at 21.6V, and the charging limit viltage at 29.2V.
We recommend battery charger that support lithium battery charging. And to fully charge the battery, the DC charging voltage should be between 28.4V~29.2V, and charging current less than 100A.
How to activate the battery when BMS cut off it for protection?
If the BMS has cut-off the battery for protection, you need to cut off the load of the battery and put the battery aside for 30mins. Then the battery will automatically recover itself to normal voltage and can be used after fully charged.
If the battery is unable to recover itself and its voltage is too low to hold a charge, you can activate it in below two ways.
① Use the 36V solar panel to charge the battery. After fully charged, the battery can be used normally.
② Use another 24V lithium battery to connect in parallel with the battery for a minute to activate the battery (lead-acid battery with voltage more than/equal to 24V and less than/equal to 29.2V will also work). After that, fully charge the battery and it can be used normally.
③ Use the charger with 0V charging function (it can charge the battery starting from 0V) to charge the battery. After fully charged, the battery can be used normally.
If the BMS has cut-off the battery for protection, you need to cut off the load of the battery and put the battery aside for 30mins. Then the battery will automatically recover itself to normal voltage (>10V) and can be used after fully charged.
If the battery is unable to recover itself after above steps, please try activating by one of below three methods. After activated (voltage > 10V) and fully charged by normal charging method, it can be used normally.
Method ① Connect a 18V~36V solar panel directly to charge the battery without a controller for 10~30mins in sunny daytime.
Method ② Connect another 12V/14.6V lithium or lead-acid battery in parallel with the battery for a minute.
Method ③ Connect the battery with a charger with 0V charging function (it can charge the battery starting from 0V) to charge the battery.
